In team debate, Mallory Pinson was awarded fourth place speaker. Kris Rose and Ameran Link advanced all the way to semifinals, and tied for third place in team debate. In individual debate, Kris Rose, Ameran Link, and Lindsay Duede all broke into elimination rounds. Kris Rose finished as an octo-finalist, while Ameran Link and Lindsay Duede finished their runs as quarter-finalists.

Drury was the only Missouri team competing in the tournament, and worked hard to represent Missouri and Drury University well. Overall, the tournament was a huge success, and the Debate Union is looking forward to continuing their season.
